Fresher than the supermarket

This map shows weekly farmers' markets and farm shops around you — sourced from OpenStreetMap. At a classic farmers' market you'll find regional producers, bakers, cheesemongers, often street food too. Farm shops are right at the farm and sell eggs, milk, produce, and sausage from their own production. The popup shows opening hours (Wednesday mornings? all-day Saturdays?), the operator, and whether organic vendors are on-site.

Why shop at a farmers' market?

  • Seasonality — what looks identical year-round in the supermarket is only available here in season.
  • Short routes — producers often drive less than 50 km, no day in a refrigerated truck.
  • Direct contact — you talk to the person who grew your food. No one answers questions about pesticides, animal welfare, or varieties better.
